What do anti-mould tablets do?

The amazing thing about anti-mould tablets is that they sterilise the air above your wine, not the wine itself. In doing so, they stop mould spores from settling on your wine and flourishing. Think of them as protective clouds, spreading across the surface of your maturing wine like a blanket of clean, unsullied air.

Pop some anti-mould in your wine and all your stringent equipment cleaning and perfectly measured ingredients won’t go to waste.
