Our boldest brew yet: 'Beast from the Yeast.' This Imperial Stout packs a punch at an impressive High ABV, courtesy of the incredible Fermentis SafBrew HA-18 Yeast. This powerhouse beer combines rich flavours of coffee, stewed fruits, and a subtle hop bitterness, rounded off with added sugar for an extra layer of sweetness and lushness.

This Imperial Stout is a monster, finishing at 17.9% ABV. It is definitely an "only have one" beer. The Fermentis SafBrew HA-18 Yeast achieves a high ABV with a powerful solution of Brewer's Yeast and enzymes for producing high-gravity, particularly high-alcoholic beers.

With this Imperial Stout, you're the master of your brew. Want it drier? Simply adjust the amount of maltodextrin you add. This flexibility allows you to tailor your beer to your preferences, adding creativity to your brewing process.
