Crisp® Flaked Torrefied Rice
Flaked Torrefied Rice consists of rice grains that have been cooked at high temperature, resulting in gelatinisation of the starchy endosperm, and then flaked. Flaked Torrefied Rice lightens wort colour, reduces protein levels and imparts a characteristic dryness to finished beers. Rice has no gluten can be used for crafting low gluten products.
Pre cooked, non-malted cereals provide the brewer with the opportunity for product differentiation. Flaked products can be added directly to the mash without the need for milling. Lightens the body and increases crispness of a beer. Commonly used in American and Japanese lagers. Can be used for up to 40% of the grist.

Weight Limits:
The weight limit is 30kg for DPD and 70kg for DHL, either by volumetric or actual, whichever is greater. (Remember, a large packing box weighs 1kg of that total weight).
For products or orders over these weights, the PALLET SHIPPING option is available.

try our utmost to package professionally and keep your items as safe as
possible. If your parcel arrives damaged, please ensure you sign for it
as received damaged and send us a brief description of what has happened
and a few pictures so we can provide the courier with feedback to
resolve.
