California Common Extract Brewing Kit

A malty but dry beer with notes of toasted grain and caramel in both the flavor and the aroma. Light and fruity aspects come through from the yeast and its dried out finish comes from the Northern Brewer Hop. Big Mouthfeel with balanced hop & malt flavours.

Steeping Grains (65 degrees for 30 minutes)

Caramalt 450g

Low Colour Chocolate 55g

1 x Muslin Bag

1 x Whirlfloc Tablet

25g at 60 minutes

45g at 15 minutes

45g at 0 minutes

Fermented at 18 degrees

Weight Limits:

The weight limit is 30kg for DPD and 70kg for DHL, either by volumetric or actual, whichever is greater. (Remember, a large packing box weighs 1kg of that total weight).
