Crisp Dark Munich Malt (EBC 40-50)
A magical thing happens when amino acids and reducing sugarscombine at critical temperatures; the Maillard reaction. Starting withhigher protein spring barley we proceed to a slow, wet germination to utilisethe barley enzymes to hydrolyse protein and convert starch into sugars.Finally, a long drying phase with a higher temperature results in the Maillardreaction taking place to produce pronounced rich malt, freshly baked breadcrust and the characteristic Munich bite at the back of the palate.
Vienna and Munich malts are produced on a conventional kiln and provide light golden throught to orange hues and build body in your beer.

Weight Limits:
The weight limit is 30kg for DPD and 70kg for DHL, either by volumetric or actual, whichever is greater. (Remember, a large packing box weighs 1kg of that total weight).
For products or orders over these weights, the PALLET SHIPPING option is available.

possible. If your parcel arrives damaged, please ensure you sign for it
as received damaged and send us a brief description of what has happened
and a few pictures so we can provide the courier with feedback to
