Sultana™ is a large hop with big cones, oils, and aromas. First crossed in 2006, Sultana™ has made a decade-long journey where it has been expanded for further availability.

Sultana™’ is a very popular variety of hop due to its stem's aroma and flavour profile. It exhibits fruity, bright citrus, ripe pineapple notes with a subtle hint of pine. Sultana™’s aroma profile is like cracking open a fresh can of pineapple chunks.

The parentage of Sultana™ is 50% Nugget, 25% Zeus, and 25% USDA male, which lends great aroma characteristics in combination with resistance against disease. This proprietary variety is bred to withstand the tests of time, with a focus on superior sustainable properties. Sultana™ is a late-maturing hop variety with high yields, unique aroma, and great agronomical attributes.

The weight limit is 30kg for DPD and 70kg for DHL, either by volumetric or actual, whichever is greater. (Remember, a large packing box weighs 1kg of that total weight).
