USE THIS DEVICE OUTDOORS OR IN A WELL VENTILATED AREA
USE ONLY LPG (BUTANE-PROPANE) WITH THIS DEVICE

CONNECTION TO THE GAS SOURCE:
Use only LPG gas in accordance with local regulations.
- The pressure regulator must be in accordance with local regulations.
- The pipe used to connect the regulator must not be longer than 1.5m.
- The connection of the pipe to the pipe-holder must be in accordance with local regulations.
CAUTION - Before connecting a gas source: keep away from any naked flame and use it outdoors or in a well-ventilated area.
- Make sure that the stop cock is turned off by turning it clockwise.
- Place the device on a flat non-inflammable surface.

BEFORE USE:
Follow the instructions for the assembly of the unit.
- Connect the regulator to a gas source, making sure to insert the rubber seal.
- Connect the regulator pipe using a hose clamp.
- Connect the other end of the pipe to the gas cooker hose barb on the stop cock using the hose clamp, pay attention not to twist the pipe.
- Open the gas line and check for any gas leaks
- Keep away from flammable material and away from walls (at least 2 mt) and place in a well-ventilated area.
- The device is now ready for use.

IGNITION:
Before ignition, inspect burner, gas source and piping and ensure all is in working order without damage.
1) Turn the gas source stop cock on.
2) Turn the gas stove stop cock on, by turning the knob anticlockwise, bring the flame near the burner, we suggest you always use long matches to avoid the risk of severe burns.
3) Be aware that when lighting, a "fireball" might be produced if the gas has been on for a long time.
4) Turn the knob to select the appropriate flame intensity for cooking.
5) After use, turn the cookers stop cock off by turning clockwise and turn the gas source stop cock off as well.

MAINTENANCE:
Ensure the gas source is off and disconnected before any maintenance.
- It is advisable to remove any debris that may have accumulated in the burner holes with a hard brush and to keep it clean before use.
- Periodically change the flexible pipe checking the date of expiration printed on it.
- Do not use harsh chemicals to clean.
- Inspect stop cock and replace if damaged.

• In case of a gas leak, immediately turn the gas source stop cock off.
• Use protective gloves when handling hot elements.
• Do not move the device when in use.
• Use pots of a suitable size to avoid accidental tipping
• Do not move the device when in use
• Turn the gas source stop cock off after use
• WHEN IN USE DO NOT CLOG UP VENTURI PIPE WITH ANYTHING.
• DO NOT MANIPULATE OR DAMAGE THE PARTS SEALED BY THE MANUFACTURER.
• ANY CHANGE MADE TO THE DEVICE CAN BE DANGEROUS. ANY CHANGE IS THEREFORE NOT ADVISABLE.
