Caustic Soda - 25kg
Pearl is a 99% powdered form of Sodium Hydroxide and is designed for use in boil out or hot C.I.P.
Benefits
- Designed for use on the mash tun, mash boiler, decoction vessel, cereal cookers, mash filters, boiling kettles, hops strainer and many other areas.
- Suitable for stainless steel and can be used at high temperatures (max temp being 80°C).
- Ideal for the removal of protein, dextrin, gum cellulose, hemicelloses, mucilage, pectin, tannin and mineral salt deposition and scaling.
Rates of Use
Caustic Soda Pearl is 99.9% sodium hydroxide and should be added to water to give a final concentration as caustic of 1-2%. Therefore 1-2 kg of pearl caustic per hl of water is required.

Weight Limits:
The weight limit is 30kg for DPD and 70kg for DHL, either by volumetric or actual, whichever is greater. (Remember, a large packing box weighs 1kg of that total weight).
For products or orders over these weights, the PALLET SHIPPING option is available.

try our utmost to package professionally and keep your items as safe as
possible. If your parcel arrives damaged, please ensure you sign for it
as received damaged and send us a brief description of what has happened
and a few pictures so we can provide the courier with feedback to
resolve.
