Nerdy Stuff
The reason we use our chosen manufacturer is because of their even glass distribution within the moulds, which produces a far more robust glass bottle less prone to breakages when put under pressure or exposed to cold and heat.
Our glass bottles are lighter too, even though they’re stronger, with 25% less glass in each bottle. This makes them more economical to ship, and more eco friendly. There are fewer defects thanks to this unique manufacturing method, and we’ve continually seen the lowest possible rejection rate per bottle to come out of this factory in recent years.
