Wyeast 2002-PC Gambrinus Style Lager
Species: Saccharomyces pastorianus
A Czech-style lager strain with a very mild floral aroma and nice lager character on the nose. Malt dominates profile with subtle floral/fruit notes. This strain produces a full, complex flavour profile with a full mouthfeel. Finishes soft and smooth with nice lingering maltiness.Used in:

Apparent Attenuation : 71 - 75%
Apparent ABV Tolerance : 9%
Temperature Range : 8-13°C / 46-56°F

Weight Limits:
The weight limit is 30kg for DPD and 70kg for DHL, either by volumetric or actual, whichever is greater. (Remember, a large packing box weighs 1kg of that total weight).
