Handcraft Supplies Tronozymol contains the perfect blend of vitamins, trace minerals, and essential nutrients needed for healthy yeast growth in winemaking. Use alongside your choice of wine yeast to maximise alcohol yield.
Tronozymol contains yeast-assimilable nitrogen (YAN) from a diammonium phosphate source, blended with essential vitamins and trace minerals. It contains a minimum of 130 mg YAN per gram. YAN aids rapid fermentation and helps prevent stuck fermentations. This item contains 100 g of Tronozymol in a tamper-proof and resealable tub.
- Tronozymol Yeast Nutrient and Salts 100g helps your wine ferment quickly and efficiently. It contains all the nutrients required by yeast, avoiding stuck fermentations and ensuring the highest possible alcohol content.
- For up to 100 litres of wine.
- For dry wines, Use 1-2 teaspoons per 4.5 litres (1 gallon); for sweet wines, 2-3 teaspoons; and for high-alcohol wines, up to 5 teaspoons.

Weight Limits:
The weight limit is 30kg for DPD and 70kg for DHL, either by volumetric or actual, whichever is greater. (Remember, a large packing box weighs 1kg of that total weight).
